First-year and recent graduates …

So once you land a job and you show up on your first day, what are you actually going to be doing day to day?  What should you expect?

• Our entry level employees are trained on both tax and audit work to set the foundation for what lies ahead.  We believe that you will need the experience in both areas to make an informed career choice.  And regardless which path you take, you will need a firm understanding of tax and Audit work to successfully serve your clients.
• You will be working with a team both in our CSA office and out in the field.  We will have you interacting with your fellow co-workers as well as our clients from day one.  But you will always have a team to support you as you go.
• CSA has an open-door policy.  You will find yourself working with every level of the CSA family.  Partners, managers, seniors and staff all work shoulder to shoulder.  You will learn from exposure to all of our people
• The possibilities are endless.  There is always room for you to grow, expand your experience and cultivate your talents.  If you seek more responsibility, it is always there for those who merit the challenge.
