About CSA

Cassady Schiller and Associates, Inc. was established in 1990 as a result of the founders’ desire to provide high quality tax, accounting, and business advice to privately-held businesses and their owners, while offering a challenging and rewarding workplace for our associates. The founders David Cassady and Bob Schiller had worked for one of the international accounting firms for over 10 years, specializing in the areas of taxation and accounting for the business entrepreneurs. Realizing that the larger firms were not focused on emerging businesses, Cassady Schiller and Associates, Inc. was formed to provide the necessary service.

Over the past 15 years, CSA has grown from a two partner, four-person firm, to a five-partner firm that exceeds 30 people today. In 1999, we moved our practice from its original location near downtown Cincinnati to our newly constructed corporate headquarters in Blue Ash, Ohio. Where our expertise had been limited in the early years to the traditional tax and accounting fields, we now offer a wide variety of services including financial services, business valuations, merger and acquisition due diligence, personnel recruiting, family business planning and management consulting. We provide service to all levels of privately held businesses, from one-person operations here in Cincinnati to multi-million dollar companies with offices throughout North America.

During our growth, we have never lost sight of what is important. We pay close attention to detail, while striving to assist our clients in reaching their untapped potential. Our only assets are our clients and our people, and nothing is more important to us than assisting both in reaching their personal and financial goals.
