our story

What sets us apart? People, people, people.  We started CSA because we wanted to do it better – provide better service to our clients, create a better work environment for our employees and prove that you can run a very successful firm and still put family first.

We started as a 4-person firm in 1990 and have grown to a team of more than 40 professionals. Along the way, our people have made a lot of friends, had a lot of babies, coached 10 zillion soccer, basketball, baseball, softball and football teams, led a few dozen Girl and Boy Scout events, raised money for a variety of charities, traveled the globe, went on scores of field trips, participated in plays and musicals and concerts, volunteered for community committees and civic organizations, climbed mountains, secured patents, earned black belts, refereed tons of games, chaperoned dances, eaten thousands of cheese coneys, mastered Xbox, cheered for our favorite teams and carpooled till our tires were bare.
