Senior Tax Manager

Mike graduated from Indiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant with 14 years of public accounting experience, and has been with CSA since January, 1998. His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mike specializes in minimizing tax and maximizing wealth for closely held companies and their owners. He has vast experience in planning for partnerships, S Corporations, C Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and sole proprietorships.

Mike specializes in working with a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, retail services, and agriculture. He is also knowledgeable in the ever changing area of state and local tax compliance. While specializing in taxation, he has experience in assisting with accounting and auditing engagements as well.

The experience of helping operate his family's farm until 1998 has given Mike a special understanding of the issues faced by closely held businesses. He feels that being sensitive to the client's situation and their specific needs is vital in public accounting.

Married with two daughters, Mike enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys participating in various sports activities and attending sporting events. Mike is involved in various community and civic organizations.
